Symptoms
When I apply Font Smoothing from the Client settings and publish Java-based applications via Parallels Remote Application Server, the Java content is not rendered correctly or sometimes does not load.
Resolution
Please follow the steps below:
- Disable Font Smoothing from the Client under Connection Properties > Experience tab.
- Alternatively, you can turn off the following settings from the Advanced Settings tab under Connection Properties:
- Use client System Colors.
- Use client system settings (border size, fonts, etc).
