If your subscription has not expired yet, enable auto-renewal to enable automatic renewal for the next billing period. You can find instructions in KB 123306.
If your subscription expired, follow the steps below:
- Sign to your Parallels account. Subscriptions on the Dashboard are divided by products. Click on Expired subscriptions under one of the products to view the subscriptions list.
- Click on the subscription you'd like to renew.
- Click on Renew.
- Update the payment method if required and proceed to checkout.
If Parallels Desktop stopped working due to the expired license, you need to restart Parallels Desktop after the license is renewed.
