Resolution

To connect to a non-domain joined Microsoft Windows session host:

Set the authentication protocol to NTLM instead of Kerberos.
 

  1. Go to System Settings > Manage > Application Servers.
  2. Locate your application server and press the edit button.
  3. Scroll down to Authentication protocol and set this to NTLM .

Make sure the user is prompted to enter credentials.

  1. Go to System Settings > Manage > Applications .
  2. Locate your application and press the edit button.
  3. Scroll down to Ask for credentials and set this to Enabled.

 

Kerberos authentication is currently not supported in this scenario.
