Carbon Black isn't listed in SCCM Resource Explorer → Hardware → Installed Applications:

It's not a classic macOS application and it's missing from System Report on the Mac as well:

If you need to check whether it's installed, you may check if these files are present on the Mac (e.g., using Configuration Baseline):
