Symptoms

  1. I have a paid subscription for Parallels Access and I have recently acquired a license/subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac/a voucher code for Parallels Access. I would like to know if my subscription will be extended for the free period provided with Parallels Desktop/voucher code.

  2. I have a free-of-charge non-renewable subscription for Parallels Access that I got after registration of a Parallels Desktop key/redeeming a voucher code for Parallels Access and would like to buy a subscription for Parallels Access. I would like to know if my subscription will be extended after the purchase or I will lose its remaining period.

  3. I have a free-of-charge non-renewable subscription for Parallels Access that I got after registration of a Parallels Desktop key/redeeming a voucher code for Parallels Access and I bought a new voucher code for Parallels Access. I would like to know if my subscription will be extended or I will lose its remaining period.

Resolution

  1. After you register a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition/redeem a voucher code, your paid Parallels Access subscription will not be extended.

If you register a permanent Parallels Desktop for Mac license, your paid subscription for Parallels Access will be extended for 3 months.

  2. If you have a free-of-charge Parallels Access subscription and you purchase a commercial one, you will not lose the remaining period of your current subscription. It will be extended for 1 or 2 years, depending on what kind of subscription you purchase.

  3. Your current subscription will not be extended after redeeming the new voucher code, so please redeem it after your current subscription expires.
