Parallels offers a free trial period for Parallels Access. The trial period lasts for 14 days and cannot be extended. The trial period starts when you install the Parallels Access agent and connect to the Parallels Access server for the first time.

A subscription can be purchased from the App Store or Parallels Access page of a Parallels account at any time during or after the trial period. You can buy a 1-year subscription at the App Store or choose between subscriptions for 1 and 2 years, if you purchase it from your Parallels account.

See article #116724 for more information on purchase of Parallels Access.

If you would like to buy a new subscription before your current subscription expires, please note that it is only possible if your current subscription is non-renewable, and if you place an order from your Parallels account. See article #116725 for more information on auto-renewal for a Parallels Access subscription.

A Parallels Access subscription is valid for one Parallels Access account and allows connecting up to 5 remote computers.
