How to get Parallels Desktop support?

After you register your Parallels Desktop license, you will get a support code. The support code is required to contact the Parallels Technical Support team via email, chat or phone, including Click-to-Call and Skype. You can find it in your Parallels account at

https://account.parallels.com/ > Support > Parallels Desktop. Visit KB 6837 to learn more about a support code.

  • If you have a subscription for Parallels Desktop, your support allows you to get phone, chat and email support, while the subscription is valid.

  • If you have a permanent license, then your support code provides you with 30 days phone and chat support from the registration date and 24 months of email support from the release date. Below you will find expiration dates for free email support for the supported versions:

    • Parallels Desktop 9: September 5, 2015
    • Parallels Desktop 10: August 25, 2016
    • Parallels Desktop 11: August 19, 2017
