Symptoms

Regular keyboard shortcuts, like "Command+C" and "Command+V" don't work while used in the remote session from Parallels Client for macOS.

Cause

The shortcut combinations are not being sent correctly due to keyboard layout differences between macOS and Windows.

Resolution

Use Settings > Keyboard section in Parallels Client for macOS to adjust the layout on the remote side. Reference: User's guide
