Symptoms
After disconnecting the Parallels Access from my computer there is no sound on my computer
Resolution
on a Mac:
- Start System Preferences
- Open Sound
- Click "Output" tab
- Select "Internal speakers" to fix the sound issue
on a PC:
- Click on Start
- Click on Control Panel
- Open Sound
- Switch to "Playback" tab
- Choose "Speakers" to be the main sound device
