FULL KEY
I cannot activate Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac with a Full license key (retail or online purchase at full price), I am receiving an error message that says:
"This key is invalid."
1. The activation key is incorrect
Possible Cause:
You are entering the key incorrectly.
Resolution:
Please make sure you are entering the key correctly. If your activation key was sent via email, please activate by copying and pasting the key.
2. The key is not for Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac
Possible Cause:
The key you are using is for an earlier version of Parallels Desktop for Mac.
Resolution:
If your key is not for the Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac version, you will not be able to activate a version 7 installation with this key. If you purchased a Parallels Desktop 7 license, please use that key for the version 7 in order to activate your version 7 installation. If you never purchased Parallels Desktop 7, please consider purchasing it online: http://www.parallels.com/store/
UPGRADE KEY
1. I cannot activate the Parallels Desktop 7 with Upgrade key. The 7 Upgrade key is not accepted (incorrect key).
Possible Cause:
You are entering the key incorrectly.
Resolution:
Please make sure you are entering the Upgrade key correctly. If your activation key was sent via email, please activate by copying and pasting the key.
2. I cannot activate the Parallels Desktop 7 with an Upgrade key (the key is for an earlier Upgrade version, not Parallels Desktop 7).
Possible Cause:
The Upgrade key you have is for earlier version of Parallels Desktop for Mac.
Resolution:
If your Upgrade key is not for a Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac version you will not be able to activate the 7 installation with this key. If you purchased a Parallels Desktop 7 Upgrade license, please use the key for the 7 Upgrade version to activate your version 7 installation.

3. I cannot activate Parallels Desktop 7 with Upgrade Key, as the previous version key is not accepted.

• Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac
• Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac Upgrade
