Error: "Could not configure role-based access control: Access is denied" when configuring the PMM Proxy

Symptoms

I am receiving the following error message while Parallels Mac Management Configuration Management Proxy:

Could not configure role-based access control: Access is denied

Cause

Wrong user permissions.

Resolution

User that runs CM Proxy configuration utility must have write access to Parallels containers and its descendant objects as per KB 121569.
