The configuration profiles functionality in Parallels MyAccount is being deprecated. Parallels has introduced a new Management Portal as part of the Enterprise Edition, where this functionality will be migrated.
- Golden Images: Corporate virtual machine image provisioning is now handled through the Golden Images feature in the Management Portal.
- Version Upgrades control: Major version upgrades of Parallels Desktop can be controlled through policies in the Management Portal.
Although configuration profiles remain available in Parallels MyAccount, they will be removed in future releases. We recommend transitioning to the Management Portal for continued use of these features.
If you rely on configuration profiles, explore the new Enterprise Edition and the Management Portal for enhanced management and security features.
About the New Management Portal
The new Management Portal is designed to manage and monitor Parallels Desktop installations and virtual machines (VMs) within your organization. It simplifies the deployment of Parallels Desktop and virtual machines, improves security by facilitating capability management, and enables remote management of Parallels Desktop installations and monitoring of VM usage, including remote deletion of VMs.

Special Note
If your organization requires different VM images for various user groups, you can continue using configuration profiles until the Management Portal supports multiple Golden Images.
