My computer shows Offline in Parallels Access

Symptoms

My computer shows as Offline in Parallels Access on my iPad.

Resolution

  1. Make sure your computer is turned on
  2. Make sure your computer is not in Sleep mode
  3. click on Parallels Access Agent tray icon -> choose Preferences



    • make sure Parallels Access Agent is logged in to Parallels Account
    • make sure Access is turned ON

If the above solution does not work try to restart your computer
