Due to security measures built into Chrome OS, only Shared Network is currently possible in Parallels Desktop for Chrome OS Enterprise and Education.
The network is set up automatically, and no application-level adjustments can be made. All the adjustments are limited to those that can be performed on Windows side, such as setting up a VPN connection.
