'Unable to download Parallels Access' message when installing Parallels Access from Parallels Desktop Preferences

On March 5, 2024 we've announced that Parallels Access was discontinued as of that date, and will no longer be available for purchase or renewal after this date. Parallels will support existing subscriptions until April 30, 2024. If you have Parallels Access as a free bonus software for purchasing a Parallels Desktop license, please note that Parallels Access will no longer be available for activation as part of your Parallels Desktop license as of March 5, 2024. As a result, upon trying to download Parallels Access from Parallels Desktop Preferences, you might get the error message below:

We will remove the Parallels Access icon from the Parallels Desktop Preferences in one of the upcoming Parallels Desktop 19 updates to avoid any confusion.
