Problem:

Parallels Client crashes if Kyocera printer is connected to the machine.

Reason:

Known issue with Parallels RAS v18.1 and newer.

Workaround:

Disable "Cache printers hardware information" option through Client Policies or revert printer driver to earlier vesion.

Solution:

Upgrade to the Parallels RAS v19 or newer.
