RAS Universal Scanning fails since upgrading to RAS v16.2.5

  • Parallels Remote Application Server 16.2

Symptoms

  • Users are not able to scan, each attempt results to an error.
  • Parallels Client version 16.5.0 (build 20264), 16.2 (build 19504) or below.
  • The issue started since RAS v16.2.5.19571

Resolution

Please update Parallels Client to version v16.2 (build 19570) or 16.5 (build 20448) (recommended).
