Symptoms

  1. Unable to perform Parallels Mac Management administrator tasks from SCCM Console, such as

    • activating Parallels Mac Management:

      alttext

    • executing commands, e.g. Machine Policy Retrieval and Evaluation Cycle and Execute script:

    Following error occurs:

    Not enough permissions to perform requested operation
  2. User is an Active Directory user and SCCM Full Administrator

Cause

Parallels Mac Management Engineering team is aware of this issue and working on the fix.

Workaround

  1. Launch Parallels Configuration Manager Proxy Configuration Wizard

  2. Add user under which SCCM Console is running in PMM Administrators on the Role-based security pane:

  3. Finish Proxy Configuration
