Unable to push Remote Application Server after upgrade to hot fix 4

Symptoms

Resolution

  1. Right-click on the Desktop > New > Shortcut:

  2. In the opened window specify the path to 2XConsole.exe. Default is

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\ApplicationServer\2XConsole.exe
    
  3. Click Next > Finish.

  4. Right-click created shortcut and make sure that Start in field is set to the directory where 2XConsole.exe is located, e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\ApplicationServer":

  5. Navigate to directory where 2XConsole is located, e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\ApplicationServer\" and make sure that RASInstaller* is located in this directory:

    if there is no installer, it should be copied manually.

  6. Run Remote Application Server Console from the created shortcut and check the issue.
