How to generate file

In some of the cases file may be required for further investigation.

To collect it do the following:

  1. In the Remote Application Server Console click on Help > Troubleshooting.

  2. At opened window click on Send Support Request.

  3. At Contact Support window select the option Save Zip file and click on Save.

  4. Save resulting file.

    Note: It may take several minutes to generate Please wait until Contact Support window is automatically closed.
