Viewing Parallels product subscriptions and licenses

  • Parallels Desktop for Mac Home Edition
  • Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition

Log in to your Parallels account at and go to the Subscriptions and Licenses > Personal Subscriptions page to browse the list of your subscriptions and licenses.

The page displays the list of your personal subscriptions and gives the following information: the products included in each subscription and the number of licenses for each product; the date of expiration (for non-renewable subscriptions) or renewal (for automatically renewable subscriptions) of the subscription, or the word Permanent for permanent licenses.

If you have multiple subscriptions for various products, you can filter them with the help of the drop-down product list at the top of the page.

Click on a subscription to see details or manage it.

Keep in mind that registered license keys for some legacy Parallels Desktop versions might not be listed on the Subscriptions and Licenses page. You can find them at Parallels Desktop > Legacy Licenses. Old Parallels Access subscriptions can be managed from the Parallels Access > My Computers page.

If you don't have any subscriptions registered, you will only see the Register a License Key link that redirects to the page where you can register a new subscription.
