Unable to connect to the Gateway from RDP Client.

This is a network error, the client cannot connect to the server, and usually it's a firewall issue. This can happen especially when there are automated updates for software (e.g. OS, firewall, antivirus etc.) or even hardware (e.g. router).
In most cases it's a firewall issue. Make sure that necessary exclusions are set:
On RDP Client, Folders and subfolders:
- Program Files\2x
- Program Files(x86)\2x
If the client is connecting using SSL Gateway mode, make sure that the Gateway has SSL enabled.
Please confirm the connection to the server via Telnet client as this is required for proper work.
