Parallels Access prompts an update every time I restart my Mac. I choose to update it, but the istallation finishes right after I enter my Mac user account password.
Therefore, the update is not getting installed and I cannot use Parallels Access.
- Manually launch Parallels Access again. You can find the application in Finder > Applications > Parallels Access.
- Choose to install an update again when prompted.
- Enter your Mac user account password and proceed with installation.
This time the installation should finish correctly. If the problem is not resolved, please contact Parallels Technical Support.
