Symptoms
I cannot connect to my computer using Web Console in Internet Explorer.
Cause
"TLS 1.1" and "TLS 1.2" are turned off
Resolution
- Open Internet Explorer -> Settings -> Internet options -> Advanced tab
Check "TLS 1.1" and "TLS 1.2"
