Parallels Desktop Business does not accept an updated license key and displays the error message:
The product license has expired.
Information on the previous activation key is still stored in your Parallels Desktop Business software, so activation with the new key does not go through.
Please follow these steps to reactivate your Parallels Desktop Enterprise copy:
Quit Parallels Desktop.
Open Terminal. You can find in the following folder:
Applications > Utilities > Terminal
Alternatively, you can type Terminal in Spotlight to find it.
Run the command below to remove the current license:
- Start Parallels Desktop and proceed with activation.
