Symptoms

• On the workstation (where Manager Console Extension is installed) I receive an error message "Parallels Management Suite for Microsoft SCCM Problem Monitor has failed to find SCCM proxy. Please make sure SCCM Proxy is installed and running."

  

• I am still able to remote control and view inventory information for Macs with the agent installed.

Cause

Versions mismatch between Configuration Manager Proxy service application and Manager Console Extension.

To find out what client version is installed on particular workstation (and on the server) please open up Programs and Features menu from Control Panel and check software version there in the table.

Please check the version of Configuration Manager Proxy service application (serves as a proxy between Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Mac computers. The application must be installed on a computer running Microsoft Windows Server: All versions of Windows supported by System Center Configuration Manager 2012.)
