This is a known issue. Parallels Desktop Maintenance team is currently working on its resolution.

As a workaround you may try to disable 3D acceleration in virtual machine configuration window -> Hardware tab -> Video. It it doesn't help, we would recommend to switch to KDE desktop environment.
