Symptoms

When using Parallels client for Windows, unable to move the window with published application to a second monitor when it is maximized.

Workaround

You need to add a new DWORD key "WinArrangement" to "HKLM\Software\Parallels\MemShell" and set it`s value to 0 to stop snapping from being managed by memshell.

"WinArrangement" specifies if memshell will enforce window arrangement restrictions. This is mainly a workaround when running along with explorer to avoid undesired explorer-side behaviour.

The following value can be used:

0 = Let the OS decide; Window arrangement / snapping is not managed by memshell

1 = Automatic; Window arrangement is disabled on Windows 11, Window docking is disabled on Win 10, otherwise it is not managed by memshell

2 = Window arrangement is disabled

3 = Window docking is disabled on all OSs
