Maximizing published apps in HTML5 does not use the whole available screen space

Symptoms

When Published apps are opened maximized, there are zones which are not utilized, e.g. on the right side from the published app window.

Cause

The issue is related to Zoom-Out functionality of browsers and may be caused when browser zoom is less then 100%:

Resolution

Please set the browser zoom back to 100%
