How does 2nd Level Authentication procedure work within Parallels Remote Application Server?
Resolution
Second Level Authentication process within Parallels Remote Application Server is designed to provide maximum safety for user's credentials.
To achieve this goal Parallels Remote Application Server uses following scenario when supplying Second Level Authentication procedure to users:

User enters Username/Password

OTP prompt will be shown even if provided credentials would be incorrect.

After entering OTP code Remote Application Server will pass the code to 2nd Level Authentication Server for verification.
- Only in case if 2nd Level Authentication Server successfully verifies provided code Parallels Remote Application Server will proceed with transferring user credentials to Active Directory.
