Symptoms
Parallels Desktop displays the following error when you try to clone your virtual machine:
The virtual machine %1 cannot be cloned.
Cause
The error above means you ran out of free space on your Mac OS X hard disk.
Resolution
Run Disk Utility and make sure there is enough free disk on all volumes. If any volume is almost full, free up some space on it by removing unnecessary files.
