Resolution

 In order to import an appliance the following steps should be taken:

 - Make sure Appliance is running the supported by Parallels Virtuozzo Containers operating system, below are lists of supported OSes:

- Start appliance in VMware and assign the IP to it
- Initiate Virtuozzo P2V to import the VM into Container, below are p2v migration guides
