Resolución

Si desea aumentar el tiempo de espera para las operaciones con los nodos Parallels Plesk Panel (configuración de propiedades de dominios/clientes, aprovisionamiento, recopilación de información de los nodos Parallels Plesk Panel), puede ajustar la variable SHORT_TIMEOUT en el archivo de configuración /etc/hspc/hspc.conf del VE Parallels Business Automation - Standard (definido a 300 segundos - 5 minutos de forma predeterminada) y reiniciar el bakend PBA - S para que los cambios surjan efecto:


# grep SHORT_TIMEOUT /etc/hspc/hspc.conf
SHORT_TIMEOUT = 300
(adjust the limit with increasing it up to 600 - 10 minutes)
# grep SHORT_TIMEOUT /etc/hspc/hspc.conf
SHORT_TIMEOUT = 600
# /etc/init.d/hspcd stop
# /etc/init.d/hspcd start
