					<h2>Resolution</h2>
					Description: When trying to &quot;Send/Receive&quot; mails using Outlook 2003 client the following error appears:<br /><br /><div class="commandline"><code>Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F): <br />     'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'</code></div><br /><br />Reason: Offline Address Book is corrupted for the organization:<br />&bull;The offline address book list object  has a missing address list.<br />&bull;The offline address book list object  has an incorrect address list.<br /><br />Resolution:<br /><br />For POA 2.5: Open MS Exchange System Manager &gt; Recipients &gt; Offline Address Lists &gt; Right click on affected organization name &gt; Rebuild.<br /><br />From POA 2.6: It is possible to rebuild Offline Address Books via Providers CP: Top &gt; Deployment Director &gt; Server Manager &gt; Hardware Nodes &gt; Select Back-end which hosts OAB &gt; Applications Tab &gt; ExchangeOAB &gt; OAB Configuration Tab &gt; Press &quot;Rebuild OABs Now&quot; button.<br /><br />
