Resolution

To check which licenses are currently installed and loaded use the following command:

vzlicview

To install a new Virtuozzo license put its content into a file and run the following command:

vzlicload -f "the_full_path_to_the_license_file"

or point the Virtuozzo license as "product_key" option (Virtuozzo 4.x only):

vzlicload -p product_key

Parallels Virtuozzo Control Center and Parallels Power Panel licenses can be installed via Control Center web-interface (https://SERVICE_VE_IP:4643) as well as Virtuozzo license.

Virtuozzo license depends on the following parameters:

• Unique Hardware ID (HWID) of the server which is calculated according to the motherboard and network adapter unique identifiers. For more information refer to "How to determine Hardware ID" (on Windows, on Linux).
• Maximum number of VEs allowed to be started simultaneously;
• Start date and end date;
• CPU power.
