Síntomas

En Parallels Plesk Panel, se usa el servidor Smartermail como servidor de correo predeterminado. 

No se puede definir la cuota de buzón usando Parallels Plesk Panel. Aparece el siguiente mensaje:

La cuota de buzón no es soportada por el servidor de correo.

Causa

La API de SmarterMail no soporta definiciones de cuota por buzón de correo.

Resolución

Este problema ha sido corregido en Parallels Plesk Panel 8.2. Considere actualizar Parallels Plesk Panel a la versión más reciente.
