Síntomas

Los usuarios de Parallels Plesk Panel usan una conexión a Internet con una IP dinámica que cambia en cada petición. Parallels Plesk Panel cierra sus sesiones y muestra un mensaje de error ‘sesión expirada’.

Resolución

1. Considere actualizar Parallels Plesk Panel a la versión más reciente

2. Introduzca el siguiente registro en la base de datos Parallels Plesk Panel, la tabla ‘psa’, base de datos ‘misc’:
 
param='disable_check_session_ip', val='true'

Nota: para revertirlo, elimine el registro o defina val='false'
