How can I get Kaspersky support?

CAUSE

I installed Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac and Kaspersky Internet Security or/and Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac. I have technical issues with my antivirus. How can I get technical support?

RESOLUTION

We would recommend that you check the Kaspersky Internet Security Knowledge Base first to find a solution.

If you were not able to find the solution please contact Kaspersky Internet Security directly for Technical assistance.
  1. Create an account at the Kaspersky web site: https://my.kaspersky.com.
  2. Check your email and activate your account at the Kaspersky web site.
  3. Go to your Kaspersky account and select 'Manage and submit your requests'

  1. Select the 'Send request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support' tab.
  2. Select your Country and submit your request.
