How can we get HSP to manage domain renewals when the name is in our eNom reseller account but not in HSP yet?

RESOLUTION


This can be done by adding an already registered domain at Top > Operations Director > Domain Manager > Domains > New Domain > "Add registered domain"  Then, you can create a subscription for the domain by going to Top > Operations Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > Transfer Domain > select Plugin, Renewal period, current domain expiration date and select the "Transfer domain to your registrar account manually" option.
