How much does domain registration/transfer cost?

RESOLUTION

1) domain registration
Price for a customer is the sum of the TLD price (defined in the domain plugin properties) and Domain Registration surcharge (defined in the hosting plan billable resources).

2) domain transfer
Price for a customer is the sum of the TLD price, Transfer fee (both are defined in the domain plugin properties) and Domain Transfer charge (defined in the hosting plan's billable resources).

3) DNS hosting ("add registered domain") Price for a customer is the 'DNS hosting price' defined in the hosting plan billable resources.
