Not all files in domain directories are dumped during backup.

RESOLUTION

The following folders (which are owned by ftp user) are dumped with domain FTP user right:

anon_ftp
cgi-bin
httpdocs
httpsdocs
private

It's released this way for security reasons. That's why some files cannot be stored in the backup if they have no read permissions for current domain FTP user.
