My Email and Password for my Parallels Account are not accepted when trying to place an online order at http://www.parallels.com/store/
Resolution
The customer details you are being asked for are actually those for an account with Element 5 - our order processing partner.
Your Email and Password for www.parallels.com Account will not be accepted.
1. If you have never purchased anything from Parallels Online Store and never set up an Account with Element 5, please proceed with the purchase as a New Customer.
2. If you have already purchased anything from Parallels Online Store and set up an Account with Element 5 you can request your account details from Element 5 directly as shown on the image below:
