Support code is the 10 digits number divided onto 5-character blocks: xxxxx-xxxxx.You will need Support code to submit request to Technical support team, to use Parallels Phone support or contact Support team via Online Chat that now is available at our web site. Please check How to contact Support team KB article.
To get your support code please register your Parallels Desktop (Upgrade or Full) / Parallels Workstation at your account or buy support package and register received order id.
Then go to -> "My support options" where you will be able to see your Support code.

- If you registered Parallels Desktop/Parallels Workstation activation key more than 30 days ago you should purchase one of the Parallels Desktop or Parallels Workstation support options and register your 9-digit order reference number in your account -> "My support options". Wait several minutes and Support code will be available for you.
- If you registered Parallels Desktop/Parallels Workstation activation key less than 30 days ago, support code should be available for your at "My account" - > "My support options".
If you already created tickets to Technical support team you can login to ticketing system at https://support.parallels.com - > Get Access to Parallels RT. After login you will be able to see your support code in the interface.
