Symptoms
You recently purchased Parallels Desktop 4.0, you have a virtual machine and installed Parallels Internet Security that came as a bonus with Parallels Desktop with 1 year subscription. It notifies that Parallels Internet Security is going to expire in less then 2 weeks.
Resolution
There are two possible reasons for that:1) You used to install Parallels Internet Security before for your current Parallels Desktop activation key. Later you uninstalled it and installed once again some time after.
NOTE: Parallels Internet Security license start its expiration perios since it was installed for the first time. And if uninstalled, the expiration period is not reseted/paused or renewed.
2) You are using an old build of Parallels Desktop (4.0.3540). Please use the following link to upgrade to the latest build (please make sure that you download your localization):

Then reinstall Parallels Internet Security (remove from Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs dialog, then reinstall via Virtual machine menu -> Install Parallels Internet Security) and the license expiration date should change to the correct one.
