I purchased a copy of Parallels Desktop or Parallels Access from the Parallels Online Store and need an invoice/receipt.
If the order was processed by cleverbridge (for orders placed after August 12, 2012)
Invoice for your purchase is sent to your email used for purchase.
If you have not received the invoice or deleted the email, please contact Parallels Customer Support.
If the order was processed by GlobalCommerce/Digital River (for orders placed between June 21, 2010 and August 12, 2012)
To receive a copy of your invoice please click here:
To log in, please enter your Order Number and password that has been sent in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with your email address and the last 5 digits of your credit card you used to place the order.
Once you are logged in to your order details page, please click on View Invoice button.
On the next page, you will find links to download the invoice.
