Symptoms

When performing migration using the Plesk Migration Manager I got "IP address not found" string in column "New IP Addresses" on page "Define IP Addresses Mapping" in spite of having unassigned or shared IP addresses on target Parallels Plesk Panel.  Correctly edited IP Mapping File upload does not help.

Cause

Parallels Plesk Panel domains can be migrated from one IP address to another only if IP addresses’ types are the same, i.e. you cannot migrate a shared IP address to an exclusive one and vice versa.

Resolution

Change the target IP address type in accordance with the source IP address type.
