Creation of Service Container is failed.

Symptoms

Process of creation of Service Container stays on "Installing the .Net software into Service Container" step forever or fails with error "Cannot adjust logon rights for vzagent user".

Resolution

The issue is caused by Internet Explorer 8.0 installed on the node. Internet Explorer 8.0 was not supported by Parallels Virtuozzo Containers until VZU400027.
Make sure the server has VZU400027 installed and rebooted.
