SYMPTOMS
I get the following error then try to publish a sitePublishing is not available.
There are no hosts available. Please contact the server administrator.
The following notification is shown the site's publishing settings at Sitebuilder -> Sites -> SITE -> Publishing Settings:
Host (IP address or DNS name) <no hosts specified yet>
However host exist in Server -> Hosts.
If login to Sitebuilder as reseller and try to add host through Server -> Hosts -> Add New Host the following error is generated:
Error: You have reached your limit on hosts
CAUSE
The site belongs to site owner however no hosts are specified in it plan.RESOLUTION
Number of hosts is limited in Sitebuilder license key, so reseller is unable to add new host. You may check license limitations atServer -> License Management -> Plan Info -> Maximum number of hosts Site owner uses plan that is shown in reseller`s login to Sitebuilder only. You should login to Sitebuilder as reseller and enable host.
To get show plan that is used by site owner:
Users -> SITE_OWNER -> Plan To reconfigure plan:
Users -> Plans -> PLAN -> Hosts -> Add to Plan Keywords: publish; hosts; license llimitation; plan
