How can I enable Single sign-on feature (SSO) for Plesk Control Panel and Plesk Sitebuilder?

SYMPTOMS

There are no options in admin interface to enable SSO for Plesk Contrpl Panel and Plesk Sitebuilder.

RESOLUTION

The feature can be enabled from the command line only.

For Plesk Control Panel you should register SSO server first and enable the feature then.

~# /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --set-prefs -server https://ssoserver.com:11443/
SUCCESS: SSO preferences are successfully updated
~# /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --enable


To enable single sign-on feature for Plesk Sitebuilder you should enable SSO for Plesk Control Panel, then configure registration of Plesk Sitebuilder in Plesk Control Panel at

Server -> Sitebuilder Support


If Plesk Sitebuilder is already registered in Plesk Control Panel the registration should be approved, change to the page and click Ok.
