Symptoms

Due to some security policies internet connection is closed on the node and it’s necessary to download PIM  updates manually.

Resolution

To download Parallels Infrustructure Manager updates manually please use the following link:

For  i386 architecture:

http://vzwinupdate.parallels.com/vztools/400/PIMU4000XX_I386.exe

For x64 architecture:

http://vzwinupdate.parallels.com/vztools/400/PIMU4000XX_x64.exe

For IA64 architecture:

http://vzwinupdate.parallels.com/vztools/400/PIMU4000XX_IA64.exe

XX – should be replaced with update number you need to install.
